A few days ago my friend and I decided to go here. Our first time here was incredible. The food was spot on. Everything was excellent. My friend ordered the platter and I got a gyro. This was to takeaway. Once we took it home and after a few bites, we both realised the chicken was raw. The chicken was extremely raw. The pink was jiggling as if the bird is ready to take flight. We called to inform what had happened. The lady on the phone said to order an uber eats order and they will deliver. The delivery arrived with only the gyro and cold chips (the chips were frozen cold on the first order too). And some dips. The delivery did not include the second order. We called AGAIN not for the missing delivery, but because the chicken was PINK inside again! The consequences of eating raw chicken leads to food poisoning, extreme pain, salmonella, vomiting and so on. We did not touch the delivery on the second reorder mistake. After 30 mins, the manager called to apologise. These things happen and we did accept his apology and a compensation in terms of coming back there to eat again. There was no mention of the financial impact on his customers. Mistakes in kitchen happen, the staff is very friendly and kind. The way the food and the situation was handled was extremely poor.

While staying next door at the Element I stopped in here for dinner one evening. They have a nice menu loaded with all the typical Mediterranean eats I enjoy, so I was excited to give them a try. I ordered several items more than I would typically eat all by myself, but I wanted to try so much of their menu. The guy working the dining room and front counter was very friendly and extremely helpful! He was bouncing around to every guest making sure they were happy and all their food was great. He brought mine out once it was made by the kitchen and everything was great! Their chicken kabob was excellently spiced and perfectly tender! I also ordered their Greek salad, but asked for it to be chopped and they did an excellent job with it… very fresh and tasty with a great selection of veggies in it. I tried their spicy feta and it had a nice flavor, but definitely wasn’t spicy. I also ordered their harissa and it tasted more like tomato sauce, definitely didn’t taste like it had harissa in it, nor was it spicy – this was the most disappointing thing I tried. Their tzatziki was decent, especially with their pita bread. I really wanted to try their desserts, but I was so full from all this food that I couldn’t even finish what I had. I’d most definitely return!

I had come few times here and I was welcome by a very friendly and polite lady named María. She was very kind. She made sure I was satisfied with my order and food. I had a bad experience in the past and I told her about it. So she definitely made up for that. The food is amazing and they need to bring more ppl like her for customer service!

🫓🧆🍆 I ordered the Falafel Pita Gyro with Eggplant Chutney, Greek Harissa Sauce, and Yogurt. No joke it lives amongst the best I've had! It was wrapped in such a way that every bite had visible steam even down to the end--this gyro retained its heat! The falafel was crispy, not dry, and the eggplant wasn't even REMOTELY bitter. To top it off, I got a non-carbonated epsa original orangeade. ☀️I was having a rough day but when I came here, the tall cashier's friendliness made a huge difference. EVERYONE who comes here leaves a friend. I overheard a guy with his family come in, and the cashier knew him by name and the customer introfuced his family by name. 🏬 This place is nonassuming. The decor is understated yet appreciated. Everything is clean. The prices are good. 💕I'll be coming back! 🌈 The overall vibe? Great food, polished hole-in-the-wall, GREAT employees.

Decided to check out Trós because it was close and their menu looked amazing! I dropped my stuff at the hotel and headed over. Upon entering I was taken in by the lovely and colorful flowers that dawned the ceiling. Also all of the natural and warm light that flowed through. I ordered at the kiosk and decided to get their falafel bowl with greens and crazy feta dip. It took a few minutes as they were getting tons of online orders. I grabbed my bag and headed back to the hotel as all I wanted to do was chill and enjoy my food. Unfortunately I was surprised by what I saw and tasted. The falafel was covered with a thick marinara sauce and under it were rubbery vegetables. I took a few bites, but could not eat anymore. I immediately called the restaurant and asked them if I could get a replacement. They happily allowed me to order a chicken gyro and it was available really quickly. It was okay, but again not what I was expecting compared to the glowing reviews that it has. I think this will be a pass the next time I am in the Harisson area. Three stars for the quick replacement and kind customer service.
